This dressing/dip is delightful! We have used this on a variety of salads, as a dip for chicken satay and on our asian lettuce wraps. Feel free to play with the ratios of ingredients to spice to your liking.
Easy Asian Inspired Salad Dressing

2 TBL+ organic almond butter (or sunflower seed butter if nut free)
2 TBL+ organic, traditionally fermented tamari (gluten free soy sauce) (I like Eden or SanJ)
1 TBL+ traditionally fermented fish sauce (I like Red Boat)
2-3 tsp+ organic Sriracha (Asian pepper sauce) (I like SkyValley)
2-3 tsp toasted sesame seed oil
1 tsp fresh minced ginger
1 organic garlic clove, minced
Water, as needed to thin dressing
Simply combine all ingredients, adding water to thin to desired consistency. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking- enjoy!
