RFWH59: Morphing at Menopause- Transforming From Chronic Illness to Glittery Superstar, Using Menopause to Reinvent Yourself, Living Fully in the Present Moment, with Guest, Pauline McCarthy

Episode 59

In this episode, our guest, Pauline McCarthy, shares her incredible story of healing chronic illness after facing the prospect of being wheelchair bound, to transform her entire life. Going through menopause, she woke up one morning in her late forties and decided her life story was not going to end this way. She left a bad marriage, changed her lifestyle completely, became an artist, singer and entertainer, got remarried and started a national candy company even while dealing with crippling debt as a result of Iceland’s economic crash. Her determination to fully live a glittery life of inspiration and help women transition through menopause beautifully, easily and empowered is so uplifting.
