I added my Chocolate Beet Cookies. They are grain free and honey sweetened and include a 1/2 a cup of beets — taste like red velvet cake. I hope others enjoy them too! I’m looking forward to seeing other submissions this week! Thanks for hosting!

I shared the recipe for Creamy Curried Cauliflower Green Soup. It’s dairy-free. Super yummy soup for chilly evenings. Thanks so much for hosting!!!

Thank you for hosting! This week I’ve shared an old Victorian recipe I found for making homemade tinted lip balm.

Check out my latest post on healthy snacks and healthy body care while on the road. I have a few other posts on real food while traveling. I do this for a living and I am on the GAPS diet, so I have a lot of great tips to share!
