Fresh Bites Friday is a weekly real food blog carnival and recipe share. We invite you to share recipes that use REAL FOOD ingredients as well as articles and blog posts about the real foods lifestyle and natural health.

Today I shared Preparing Beef Heart and Heart Kebobs Recipe. I originally made this recipe after we butchered our first steer but now I purchase beef heart from a grass fed beef farmer locally – it is just that good!
