Hi. Thanks for hosting! This week, I’ve written up sample menu plans for the Gaps, Paleo & Wahls healing diets, as a way to answer the question, “What Do I Eat?” when people are just starting a healing diet journey: http://www.phoenixhelix.com/2013/01/24/what-do-i-eat/

I shared the “Benefits of Eating Oysters” – now you have a reason to eat them!

There is nothing like fresh hot bread right out of the oven – I also shared a tutorial on “Whole Wheat Bread – Sprouted or Soaked”

Have a great week!
