Thanks for hosting!

Today I shared “Gallbladder Cleanse – An Alternative to Surgery” I could not see the linky last week so here it is this week! While this may not be the most appetizing recipe, for those who have gallstones or just want to make sure there are no stones lurking – this really works!

I also shared “Oyster Stew” and ” Are Diet Sodas Making You Gain Weight?”
Have a great week!

Good Morning! I’m starting off the new year with a post about learning to view the world thru your Grandma’s eyes. And I’ve written up something on why it’s worth it to go out of your way for grassfed beef.

Hi, Thanks for hosting! I’m linking up my post on Dried Persimmon Snacks. They’re a delicious, healthy treat and a great way to use persimmons you may find all winter long!

Thank you for hosting! This week I’ve shared a post about the importance of listening to our own bodies rather than just blindly following every bit of health advice we hear.
