Good Morning!! Happy Friday!!
With Fall fast approaching and the brisk Autumn weather upon us, it’s time to warm up to a nourishing bowl of homemade soup. So, this week I’m offering a recipe for Split Pea, Lentil & Barley Soup. It does not contain any meat, meat stock or broth, so it’s great for vegans. Hope you all enjoy!! Thanks for hosting!!

Hi Roseann! Sounds fabulous! I’d make it with chicken stock and add a bit of pastured ham :) Versatile!

Hi Amy,

After a hard summer with extra stress added, I share a blog post I wrote about my adrenal burnout and how I am feeling. I keep it real with my progression in regards to healing and my frustrations, plus helpful explanations for others experiencing this.
