Hi and thanks for hosting! This week we picked up our whole cow, weighed it all out, and calculated how much money we saved by buying our pastured beef from a local farmer. Turns out we saved $1217.62 – more than we spent!

On another note, I’m back on GAPS and eating soup every day. I shared a quick, easy version of chicken soup.
