Hi!
We’ve had some major changes at The Liberated Kitchen – Kelsy and I have had a major role reversal. So I shared an update on how that’s going.

I also shared a GAPS legal version of my favorite childhood treat – lemon curd.

Lastly – all you need to know to make your own beef jerky. It’s ridiculously easy, and is one of our favorite portable snacks.

This week I’m sharing my latest REAL FOOD 101 post, all about how I make sprouted flour from whole grains. It’s all a part of my transition back to grains after doing GAPS.

I’m also sharing my first sprouted flour recipe which is my recipe for HEART TARTS. They are little heart-shaped hand pies, a Valentine’s Day tradition around here :)
