This week I linked a delicious and easy whole wheat bread that uses freshly ground wheat flour. Freshly ground flour eliminates most of the bitter taste you can get with whole wheat products, and you don’t have to be concerned with how long prepackaged whole wheat flour has been sitting on the grocery store shelf.
