Traditional Tuesdays; a nutritious and delicious blog hop is for anything involving traditional foods. Recipes, techniques, tips, discussions on the “hows” and “whys” of what we do, kitchen organization, appliances used, fitting traditional foods into your life and schedule…anything under the banner of traditional foods is wonderful. Posts, Facebook pages or websites on the politics of real foods and action alerts for individual states or topics are also welcome.

Thanks so much for hosting! I shared a Summer Muesli w/ Soaked Oats & Chia Seeds recipe. It’s SO delicious, a great cold cereal you can feel good about eating. Thanks again

Thanks, Emily! I know a lot of people struggle with giving up cold cereal when they switch to a nutrient-dense, traditional foods diet.
Hope my head cheese recipe doesn’t offend the squeamish! there’s so many beautiful submissions, can’t wait to check them out.

Hey Patty! Thanks so much for sharing this
By the way, your post is hysterical- I can totally see you trying to decide whether or not to brush the teeth- LOL!! Congrats on tackling a big challenge- and it looks like it was worth it
Thanks for hosting, Amy. Today I linked up a post about corn in America, most of which is now legally classified as a pesticide. I had no idea things had gotten this bad until I started researching.

Hi Jesse- thanks for sharing with us. This will be our last TT, but Fresh Bites Friday is every Friday and we’d love for you to share with us on there!
Why did you stop doing the Traditional Tuesdays?? Just curious! See you on Fridays

Hey Jesse!!
Sorry about TT- it just got to be too much to handle so we decided to stick with Fresh Bites
Look forward to seeing you (and your great posts) on Fridays!
I think the linky has been a bit tempermental in the last day or so, but I am pleased to see all of the links right now. Hopefully it’s OK from here.
