Have a fantastic weekend!
I just entered a gluten- and grain-free muffin recipe that is very moist and flavorful. If you want sweeter, you can up the maple syrup, but I don’t believe it should be necessary.

I’ve posted a guest writer’s story about her son being diagnosed with ADD and Autism and the diet-allergy connection. Also, I’ve posted a recipe using dandelion greens. I’d love to hear how you eat them!
Hi Shanon! Excellent- thanks. I’m interested to see how others are using dandelion greens as well- it’s not something we’ve included much, so I’m happy to find new recipes- especially for greens!

Thanks for hosting Amy!
