Hi,
I shared my delicious Banana Coconut Cream Dessert and two articles that I hope you enjoy! I love this carnival — I get great ideas from these bloggers!

Hi Jill! Thanks- we’re so glad you share with us!! :)

This week, I’ve shared a recipe for my family’s favorite squash recipe, Summer Squash Au Gratin. Since our garden is exploding in squash, I’ve got to use it up somehow! I have a feeling that by the end of the summer, my family will be a bit tired of squash!

Blessings!
Susan

Today my post in on how pervasive GE toxins are – they’re everywhere.

Amy May 27, 2011 at 6:06 pm

Excellent, Shanon! They really are, aren’t they?? Thanks for sharing! :)

Hi Amy,
Thanks for hosting!
It was 105 degrees the other day and it inspired me to write down some tips on how to stay cool when it is hot. I\’m including food, herbals and essential oils that are very useful during the hot summer months.
I’m also sharing a post about how serious insufficient sleep is. How many know that missing one night of sleep or not getting adequate amount of sleep for one night will make you as insulin resistant as a type 2 diabetic?

Have a wonderful holiday weekend..

Amy May 27, 2011 at 6:07 pm

Hey Jo! Perfect timing on both. It’s been really warming up here (not quite 105 though!) and I’ve been a bit hot with no AC! Also, we are starting our sleep challenge next week so this article is a perfect fit! :)
