Hi,
I shared my delicious grilled grass fed tri tip roast and some articles. You may be particularly interested in the Dietetic Association vying for Monopoly article.

I have had the same batch of bones in my crock pot and have had *gelatin* from those *same* bones for 12 days now. That’s nearly two weeks of gelatin-rich bone broth from the same bones. Mmmm. The crock pot is still on…

WOW! That’s amazing. I can’t believe it. Mine are usually falling apart after the second batch, and then I grind it all in the food processor for doggie food :) I’ll have to check this out! Thanks for sharing :)

My post is on the B12 deficiency epidemic. When was the last time you ate beef liver?

Hi Shannon, Welcome! Thanks for sharing this… I need to eat liver more often :)

Hi Amy,
Thanks for hosting! Today I’m sharing a post about if it is necessary to spend so much money on childhood diseases caused by environmental toxins. As an aromatherapist I use lots of essential oils and I’m sharing how essential oils can be useful for candida….Naturally it starts with a good diet first..

Have a wonderful weekend!

I’m all about real, home cooked, traditional food…..and if I can make it easy: Count me in!! Here’s a truly delicious, nutritious, and EASY version of pea soup! We all loved it. Hope you do too!

Thanks for the carnival, Amy!!

Thanks for hosting, Amy. Today I linked up an old old family recipe for baked chicken like my mom used to make. It’s tender and delicious. The post also includes an excellent video on how to cut up a whole chicken.

I also linked up a post from Living Well Moms about the pesticides found in corn. Did you know that 65% of the corn grown in the US has pesticide built into it? In fact, this corn is legally classified as a pesticide, not a food crop, and is regulated by the EPA not the FDA. Yuk!

Thanks for sharing Laurie! I love baked chicken :) Isn’t that awful about the corn?? We really have a crisis on our hands.
