There are many members of the Real Food Movement and they are all welcome here. Traditional foodies, slow foodies, Primal and Paleo eaters, raw foodists and the newbies who are just starting to get into local, organic, sustainable eats- let’s connect! Unite! Share!

If it’s real, it’s all good. We do ask that you please not link to giveaways, promotions or contests or promote sponsors or ads in the post.

Fructose and BPS make a lovely bubbly soda cocktail – here’s a food-like substance we REALLY need to avoid – and these are only 3 of the many more reasons…

I live in New Jersey and just posted about a bill that passed in the Assembly. I know it is very specific to this state, but hopefully it will be pertinent to some people reading this blog and interesting to others.
